The Charles Stanley Tunbridge Wells office looks after private clients, trusts and charities. We also advise solicitors, accountants, corporate clients, and financial advisers. Our main work is the management of investment portfolios, including ISAs and SIPPs, as well as offering a traditional stockbroking service. The level of service you choose will largely be determined by how actively involved you want to be in the management of your investments.

The Tunbridge Wells office was established in 2001 and evolved from a number of stockbroking businesses that were consolidated over the past few years. Our investment management team is made up of three highly experienced professionals with decades of industry experience between them, covering a wide range of skills and knowledge.

We pride ourselves in being able to provide a truly bespoke, personal and friendly service and we aim to establish long-term relationships with our clients built on trust and respect.

More about Jon

Jon joined Robson Cotterell in June 1987, four months before the market crash so it was an interesting first few months in the industry. After relocating to the firm's Eastbourne office in 1993 and after working for five years on the Sunshine coast he moved back to his home town of Bournemouth and worked for Christows which eventually became part of Investec. Well known and regarded in the industry, Jon has over 25 years' experience in managing the investments of private clients, charitable funds, SIPPs and trusts. Jon was made a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute in 2011. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and supporting his local rugby and cricket teams, Eastbourne and Sussex, and playing golf. He also loves to spend time with his young family, and hoping that one day his two daughters will appreciate the beauty of both a cover drive and a well-executed spin pass.
