We are pleased to announce that we have won two awards at the 2022 Boring Money Best Buy awards. Our Direct Investment Service has been recognised in both the ‘Best for Beginners - ISA’ and ‘Best for Customer Service’ categories, for the second year running.

The Boring Money Best Buy awards honour those in the investment industry who continue to provide the highest level of service. Nominees are assessed based on a combination of customer ratings and reviews, statistical analysis, and a panel of expert judges. The Boring Money team also invest in over 30 test accounts with investment platforms and robo advisers to compare which providers are delivering the best-in-class service to their clients.
