We're delighted to announce that Harry Bell, Director of Financial Planning, and Freddy Barker, Head of Business Change, have been named in the 2024 PAM NextGen Leaders.

The 2024 PAM NextGen Leaders list is based on PAM Insight's experience and knowledge of who is rising to the top quickly, and why. The award is based on a number of factors including the reputation and performance of the nominee's company, feedback from senior executives, trajectory of professional development, the impact the individual is having on their organisation, and the nominee's active involvement in promoting good organisational culture.

Freddy Barker

Head of Business Change

Freddy has been part of Charles Stanley for over ten years, joining in 2013 and progressing to his current role as Head of Business Change. Freddy specialises in aligning strategy with execution, building effective change frameworks, and delivering the pipeline of projects fundamental to helping Charles Stanley evolve and succeed. In 2022, Freddy was listed in the PAM Top 40 under 40 list whilst in the role of Head of Business Change and interim Head of Marketing, PR, and Communications.

Harry Bell

Director of Financial Planning

Harry joined Charles Stanley as Director of Financial Planning in 2022, based in our Manchester office. His role is to provide financial planning to our private client base - primarily high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs/business owners.
