More about Kris
‘Kris is delighted to be leading the Glasgow branch. With more than 20 years in the investment industry, he has watched it develop and change. Kris is keen to retain the attention to detail and personalised service we have always had as a firm, but evolve the investment strategy as wealth management becomes more sophisticated. He and his team have managed many different types of mandates including general investment accounts with personal tax considerations, Self Invested Personal Pensions and Charitable portfolios with specific income requirements to corporate accounts for small businesses with excess cash on the balance sheet. Kris claims it is a privilege to have managed client monies throughout tumultuous periods such as the dot.com bubble bursting causing a sustained bear market, and the banking crisis of 2008. Whilst hardly desired or much fun, it does build awareness which is pertinent since market corrections are inevitable over time. Kris has two young children and many of his sporting pastimes have been put on hold [indefinitely!] to ensure a good balance between work and family.
