Tom's Biography

Tom joined Charles Stanley in September 2022 as Head of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to joining, he worked at Quilter for 22 years where he held a number of roles, namely their BDM working with national advice businesses and networks, the Regional Sales Manager for the SW region and he also spent 4 years as their Head of Marketing. Tom is responsible for developing new strategic partnerships with financial adviser firms in the UK to help them deliver standout investment solutions to their clients. Outside work Tom loves to ski in the winter, play golf when the sun is out and run around after his 4 sons.

Stewart's Biography

Stewart joined the Charles Stanley Intermediary Sales team in March 2019 having previously worked at Aviva for 22 years as a Business Development Manager. Stewart is responsible for Charles Stanley’s relationship with the Independent Financial Adviser market across Scotland & Northern Ireland, focusing on business development from new and existing relationships. Stewart lives in Edinburgh, is married with three grown up children and enjoys all sports in particular football and when time permits a game of golf.

Nick's Biography

Nick has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years, working across all lines of distribution in the intermediary space. 13 years with Aviva and 8 years with Heartwood Asset Management has also meant that Nick has experience in working with large asset managers and small boutique firms. He has a focus on helping IFAs navigate through the ever-changing regulatory landscape and ensuring required outcomes are achieved for business and their clients.

Paul's Biography

Paul joined Charles Stanley in January 2025 from Legal & General Investment Management to focus on the Intermediary market. After three decades at Legal & General, where he was head of intermediary sales from 2013, Paul promotes the firm's model portfolio services and its discretionary management offering to clients, so they achieve their goals whilst working with an increasing number of Strategic Partnerships. Outside work Paul enjoys travelling, experiencing new cultures, classic cars, and any live sports.

Charlotte's Biography

Charlotte has worked in the financial services industry for over 12 years. She is experienced across all areas of distribution, including Discretionary Investment Management, Asset Management, and Advisory Platform Technology. Charlotte covers the South East region and works in conjunction with local investment managers and the Asset Management team to develop intermediary relationships and drive business growth across Charles Stanley Investment Services. Her focus is on building strong, long-lasting relationships with advisory firms and adding further credibility to the ongoing service their clients are paying for. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her partner and children, often camping and making the most of the outdoors.
