Steve joined Charles Stanley in the Midlands having worked previously for Clerical Medical and Scottish Widows in Birmingham and Thames Valley. Diploma qualified, Steve was IFA Sales Manager for the last 10 years across the two regions. In his role, as Director of Intermediary Sales (Midlands), Steve focuses on the development of IFA business across both West and East Midlands. As well as being IFA facing, Steve works closely with the Investment Managers in the Charles Stanley offices in both Birmingham and Nottingham. Steve is married to Jo and they have a 4 year old son. His interests include being a season ticket holder at Wolves, skiing and an extensive music collection.

Adrian is a Business Development Manager at Charles Stanley's Leicester office and responsible for the development of intermediary business, particularly with Financial Advisers, across the East Midlands. He has over 20 years' experience in the intermediary market, the last 13 of which have been in the discretionary fund management industry. Adrian joined Charles Stanley in 2013 following the opening of the Leicester office prior to which he spent eight years at Brewin Dolphin and five years at Quilter. Adrian lives near Nottingham and enjoys spending his weekends and other free time with his partner Fiona, who is also a Charles Stanley employee. He is an occasional golfer and long-time follower of Nottingham Forest Football Club.

Supporting the Intermediary team, Becky is responsible for handling general enquiries and is the first point of contact for the team.

Darrell joined the Charles Stanley Intermediary Sales team in March 2016. Prior to that Darrell worked at a number of high profile companies including most recently with MetLife where he spent four years as a Business Development Manager covering Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & Herefordshire as well as a number of key national accounts. Other companies represented include Towry Law, Friends Provident, Eagle Star/Zurich. Darrell’s role at MetLife was widespread, dealing in all areas of pensions and investments as well as shaping IFA businesses and providing technical support. Darrell's role within Charles Stanley is to focus on the development of Financial Adviser business across Oxford, Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire & South Wales working closely with the Investment Managers in the Oxford, Cardiff, Bath & Cirencester offices. Outside of work Darrell is married to Lyn with adult children Kelly and Russell. Darrell enjoys all sports especially golf, rugby, cricket and walking his German Shepherd “Seve” (see the golf link). Darrell has successfully completed the “3 Peaks Challenge Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon in 24 Hours” and Cheltenham Rotary Club “Cheltenham Circular Walk 26 miles”.

Keith joined the Charles Stanley Intermediary Sales team in January 2013. Prior to that Keith worked at Aviva for 26 years as a Business Development Manager covering predominately Essex as well as some accounts in London. His role at Aviva was widespread, dealing in all areas of pensions and investments as well as shaping IFA businesses and providing technical support. Keith is DipPFS qualified, holding amongst others, the G60 Pensions and G20 Investment examinations. Keith's role within Charles Stanley is to focus on the development of Financial Adviser business across East Anglia working closely with the local Investment Managers. Outside of work Keith is married to Michelle with two young children Mark and Katie. Keith enjoys all sports especially golf, rugby, skiing and plays hockey for Southend Hockey club.

Mark joined the Charles Stanley Intermediaries Sales Team from the high profile life insurance company, Zurich, having spent five years as an Executive Sales Consultant where he cultivated and maintained relationships with both financial advisers and major UK financial institutions. With a speciality in taxation and trust work alongside pension, inheritance tax planning, savings and protection products, Mark was responsible for over £30m of new funds under administration on a yearly basis providing technical support to some 280 Financial Advisers. A native of Dorset, Mark enjoys football, swimming, running on his local beach, badminton, cycling, kite surfing, fishing and reading as well as walking his dog in the New Forest.

Nick joined the Charles Stanley Intermediary sales team in February 2016. Prior to joining, Nick worked at Standard Life for 13 years as business development manager dealing with banks, wealth managers, building societies and financial advisers. Previous to that role, he spent 14 years at Axa as a regional account manager. Professionally he holds both the Chartered Financial Planner and Chartered Wealth Manager qualifications plus he has also passed the Society of Trustees and Estate Practitioners (STEP) certificate for Financial Services. The focus at Charles Stanley will be to develop financial adviser relationships across the North of England working closely with the Investment Managers in the Leeds and Manchester offices. Along with investment Nick will bring his knowledge of retirement and succession planning strategies to the role. Outside work Nick is interested in a range of sports but in particular enjoys watching his son compete in swimming galas and triathlon events.
