Our Corporate Social Responsible (CSR) Policy aims to develop our practices in our four key areas:
Business integrity
Our policies and procedures ensure that responsible practice is embedded in the way we do business, ensuring that we operate responsibly and to the highest possible standard.
Our people
We are committed to ensuring our people have the opportunity to realise their full potential in a diverse, inclusive and supportive environment that recognises excellence.
Environment
We recognise our impact on the environment and have taken steps to minimise this. We understand that environmental risks and uncertainties impact all companies to an extent.
The community
How our business can play a part in supporting and improving futures within the communities that we operate is the cornerstone of our approach.
Our Charity of the Year
Each year several members of staff put forward a proposal to the business for their charity of choice and plan to meet their fundraising target. These proposals are reviewed by all staff who vote for their charity of choice for the next Charity of the Year.
Open Palm
Charity of the Year 2021/22 is Open Palm; their mission is to create fairer opportunities for people to thrive, regardless of their ethnic or socio-economic background. They do this through delivering free educational life-skills programmes to under-18s, improving learning environments and addressing racial inequality.
