Working With You
You will have a dedicated investment manager who is responsible for all aspects of your portfolio. All managers work within focused teams, supported by the whole Charles Stanley network of more than 30 offices across the UK. In our London head office our research, dealing, settlement, administration and support departments are at your investment manager's disposal, working to provide them with all the support they need to provide you with the optimum service.
Costs
The charging structure for our services will be agreed in advance with your investment manager. We can offer a range of tariffs based on fees and/or commission, according to your Charity's requirements. Please read the separate document 'Our Services and Business Terms' for full details of how we will undertake business for you.
Keeping you informed
You will be automatically informed of any changes to the portfolio and you can of course request further information as and when required.
You may wish to take a more proactive approach. You can access a valuation of your portfolio anytime online through our secure system (we give named trustees or representatives a password to view the portfolio). This not only includes a current valuation, income and capital statements, but also has copies of our latest research. When managing your portfolio, we produce reviews and valuations for you at least every six months and can time these to meet your own reporting requirements. We can work with your auditor or accountant to ensure the annual reporting process is dealt with swiftly and we will also tailor our services around your reporting year, to provide interim and other reviews and valuations as you need them. Our year-end tax package will include details of all dividend payments, as well as sales and purchases throughout the year and a consolidated tax voucher. Capital Gains Tax reports can be prepared if your Charity has a separate but taxable fund.
