The EBS SIPP
The EBS SIPP will accommodate most types of investment, from the more classic types of investment such as commercial property, shares and gilts through to the more esoteric ones such as hedge funds and unquoted shares (approved on a case-by-case basis). Our in-house expertise means we can make decisions on these investments quickly. Commercial property is a permitted investment within the EBS SIPP.
We believe that as clients age, so the SIPP should be able to adapt to meet their changing needs. Therefore the EBS SIPP can accommodate changes in contribution rates, ranges and styles of investment and ever-changing income requirements.
