Charles Stanley services a wide-range of corporate clients across three divisions: Charles Stanley Securities, Charles Stanley Financial Solutions and Jobson James Financial Services Limited.
Our corporate finance and broking division, Charles Stanley Securities, specialises in UK quoted smaller and mid-cap companies and those working towards an IPO.
The corporate finance team provides comprehensive advice on regulatory and technical matters, the management of price sensitive information and clients' overall investor relations strategy - be it as Nominated Adviser (NOMAD), FinancialAdviser or Sponsor. In addition, it manages individual transactions and corporate clients' relationships with the division's equity research, equity sales and sales trading functions.
The equity sales and sales trading resource supports and trades corporate client and non-client stocks, and is responsible for the execution of primary and secondary share issues. The research team, which comprises individually and collectively 'rated' and award winning analysts, provides comprehensive analysis of approximately 150 UK-listed smaller and mid-cap companies, both client and non-client. In addition to those covering general smaller and mid-cap companies, it also has a range of sector specialists.
