Mark Bailey started making guitars at the age of 18. By 1998 he’d set up his own company making guitars in a double-decker bus.


Mark now produces more than 60 guitars a year. Some acoustic, some electric, some built to a performer’s exact requirements. All of them are masterpieces in sound and wood.


Once a month he even gets people to build their dream guitars under his supervision. We can’t claim to be as rock ‘n’ roll, but we do claim the same attention to detail and delivery of a quality product.

The Quality of our Service

We aim to maintain the highest standards, but even in the best-run organisations things sometimes go wrong. Often these issues are simple misunderstandings, but however trifling or serious they are, your broker should be able to resolve them for you. If this fails to satisfy you then please write to our Compliance Officer, at our Head Office. We are subject to the independent jurisdiction of the Financial Services Ombudsman and any complaint will be dealt with in accordance with the Rules. A copy of our documented complaints procedure for complainants is available on request.
