Our graduate training programme is an important component in building the future of Charles Stanley. The two year programme will give you direct exposure to a wide range of areas within the organisation, while undertaking industry recognised examinations.

In order to be considered for our Scheme you will need to evidence strong academic ability including a 2.1 degree or above (achieved or predicted) in a relevant discipline and a minimum 300 UCAS points across 3 A levels. We will also look for enthusiasm, drive and ambition at interview, as well as good inter-personal skills.
